By using the Khatoon® applications and services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement. Please note that Khatoon® reserves the right to modify or add any conditions to this agreement, which will be published on this page.
All materials contained in the Khatoon® website system are owned or licensed by the Khatoon® Company. Any electronic transactions, records, or signatures made in accordance with this system will be considered valid and binding.
Should you have any complaints about an employee, please contact the relevant department via the "Contact Us" tab at the bottom of the page.
When registering for any of the Khatoon® services or applications, it is your responsibility to provide us with accurate information, including your full name, country and city, correct phone number, and any additional data we may require. We guarantee the confidentiality of customer information.
Khatoon® website will not be held responsible for any loss or damages incurred as a result of revealing your user name, email, phone number, or login information.
All data and materials displayed on the Khatoon® website or its mobile applications are protected and may not be copied, modified, distributed, broadcast, displayed, reproduced, published, licensed, transmitted, or broadcasted in any form, whether paper or electronic, without obtaining permission.
Once you sign up for a service on Khatoon® website or mobile application, you must provide certain information and choose a username and password to access the website. By doing so, you agree to the following terms:
- You are responsible for keeping your account information and password confidential. If you suspect any unauthorized use or breach of your confidential information, you must inform Khatoon® immediately.
- You must keep your registration data up to date and accurate. If you provide false, incorrect, or incomplete information, Khatoon® may suspend or cancel your membership on the site. This doesn't affect Khatoon®'s rights to recover any losses.
- Any fees paid for purchasing products from the store or mobile applications are non-refundable. You cannot recover the amount paid if you use the product, misuse it, or request a return after the specified period has expired. Additionally, if you violate any of the provisions in this agreement, you won't be entitled to a refund.
- If you commit any of the following violations, Khatoon® has the right to suspend your membership or prevent you from accessing the site:
- Collect, download, store, upload, print, or retain any information or content available on the site or mobile applications in any way other than what is permitted.
- Allow others to use your username and password, exchange them with other users, or use another user's username and password.
- Penetrate or attempt to penetrate any of the protection mechanisms applied in Khatoon®, or enter or attempt to enter the data or device of the Khatoon® server, or cause damage to the site in any way.
- Engage in insulting, defamation, or any bad behavior towards the company or its employees.
- You must comply with all applicable local and international laws regarding the use of the site.
- The information you provide when registering is true, accurate, and complete.
- You must not collect information about other users or disclose their personal information.
- All content on Khatoon® website and mobile applications, including texts, graphics, logos, audio clips, and digital uploads, is the property of Khatoon® and is protected by copyrights, trademarks, and intellectual property rights.
If you don't comply with any of these terms, Khatoon® may suspend or cancel your membership and block you from the site and any other services.
