Affiliate Marketing Program
To join our affiliate marketing program, you need to meet the following conditions:
1. You should have a website or at least one account on any social media platform.
2. You must have a bank account that matches the name or data you used to register for the program.
3. You should agree to all terms and conditions for using the affiliate marketing program.
How are orders processed?
All orders made through the marketer's given link, which includes their discount code, will be reviewed to ensure that they are correct and do not violate the requirements and provisions of the affiliate marketing system. Once approved, the balance for each order will be added to the marketer's account.
What commissions does Khatoon® offer?
The affiliate marketer will receive 10% of the total order value after deducting the added value. Additionally, the customer who uses the same link and discount code will get a 10% discount. However, the following conditions must be met:
1. The request must be made using the marketer's link and code.
2. The customer must receive the order.
3. The customer must not return the order within 14 days.
What are the cases that cancel the payment of commission to the marketer?
Khatoon® will not pay the commission in any of the following cases:
1. The designated code was not used in any purchase for any reason.
2. The purchase was made after the end of the agreement period between the company and the marketer or after the marketer's membership was canceled.
3. The request violates the terms stipulated on this page.
4. The order or product is canceled or returned within the stipulated period.
When is the balance transferred to the marketer?
Marketers' dues are transferred at the beginning of each calendar month for the preceding period. The minimum balance that can be transferred is 300 riyals, and any balance that does not reach this limit will not be transferred.
Are there policies for customers who purchase through an affiliate link?
No, customers who purchase through the affiliate marketing link are considered like any other Khatoon® customer and are subject to the same policies and procedures applied to all other Khatoon® customers. We reserve the right to modify these policies at any time according to what is deemed most appropriate for the interest of the business and customers.
Modify/Change Policies:
All terms and conditions mentioned on this page are subject to modification at any time and will become effective from the moment they are published on the site. Therefore, after agreeing to these terms, you agree to any amendment/change that may occur to them in the future.
Conditions for Khatoon®:
1. It is not permissible to use the name khatoonjewelry.com or any of its forms or variations in pop-up ads as your own name or the name of one of your ads that aims to redirect campaigns in a misleading or incorrect manner.
2. It is not permitted to use khatoonjewelry.com to promote any offensive, sexual, or illegal content or that includes material that incites violence, defamation, misinformation, or slander in all its forms.
3. Khatoonjewelry.com has the right to modify or change any of the aforementioned policies without prior notice.
4. The marketer does not have the right to bid on any khatoonjewelry.com campaigns, advertisements, or slogans on any social media platforms or other paid platforms such as Google Ads, Google PPC, and others.
5. Khatoon® has the right, as it deems appropriate, to exclude some products, seasonal periods, and other discounts related to the affiliate marketing system. The products or periods excluded from the applicable discounts will be officially announced.
6. Khatoon® reserves the full right to deduct commissions for orders returned by customers within the 14-day period.
